Radio Play Pale Ale as made to help sell tickets to listen to the delightfully spooky THE HITCHHIKER by Camille Pavlenko and THE AMERICAN by Tara Beagan (with $10 from each sale going to Vertigo). You’re in it for the long haul, so you may as well make the most of it.

Season Pass is a bright beacon at the start of the cold weather - an old school style with a modern kick. We’ve used 100% Origin Malting barley to build an aromatic malt backbone, and dumped a hefty amount of hops to let you know that this is most definitely a West Coast IPA of immense proportions. Chinook and Columbus give some old school resin, spice and pine notes while Simcoe and Amarillo steer it towards the citrus, stone fruit and tropical fruit notes we know and love in our hop-forward beers. This is an IPA for IPA lovers. Bitter? Yes. Aroma for days? You know it. Delicious? Absolutely!

When you brew a beer with Bale Breaker, you’d better bet the hops are going to shine! Surrounded by hop fields in the heart of Washington’s Yakima Valley, Bale Breaker is at ground zero for hop growing. They visited recently and brought two new experimental and very exciting hop varieties to the party, HBC692 and HBC630. We introduced these new beauties to some of our old friends –Amarillo, Comet, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic – to create an IPA that is simply exploding with citrus, tropical fruit and stone fruit flavours and aromas – peach and tangerine especially. This beer is an absolute beauty. One sniff and you’ll be a fan for life.

We’ve joined forces with Wild Rose Brewery – a group of friends who are very near and dear to us – to create our version of a “Cabin” in the “Wild” where we can pause, rewind and reflect on what we do and why we do it.

The beer is a big, bold West Coast-style hop monster with a balanced bitter bite. Think oranges, grapefruit, light stonefruit and a whiff of pine resin. This beer has heart and soul and all sorts of delicious aromas and flavours that keep on keeping on until the last drop.

It’s one to linger over with friends. It’s one to celebrate. It’s Runaway time.

Just like our flagship hazy pale ale Super Saturation, but even more super! More beautiful hazy goodness. More crackery malt complexity. A whole lot more Citra and Simcoe hops. More hop variety with some Amarillo thrown in to give it a good old-fashioned burst of citrus and tropical fruit. There is more flavour, more aroma, more heft and more deliciousness. First there was Super Saturation (so good!). Then there was Super Duper Saturation (soooo good!). Our latest iteration is Saturation, a crushable version of our best-selling hazy that is oh-so-perfect for patio crushing on these hot summer days. A delectable medley of Loral, Mosaic and Amarillo hops is as aromatic as an orchard walk on a summer’s day. We upped the proportion of wheat and oats so you get the same full-flavoured body and mouthfeel and long-lasting taste, without the extra alcohol.
