Nothing else matters in your own private universe. The sounds of nature, the sun on your face. A gaze of affection, a warm embrace. Or, the tropical and citrus aromas of Galaxy, Citra and Cryo Pop hops wafting from your glass.

Private Universe NEIPA (7%) is a classic hazy IPA that uses three of our favourite hops and a melange of pilsner malt, wheat and oats to build a pillowy, luscious hazy IPA that simply smells like endless summer.

CHASING CLOUDS

NEW ENGLAND IPA

The joy of chasing clouds never gets old.

Big fluffy haze bombs. Some light, some strong. Tropical fruit or citrus, dank or bright, each is unique and glorious in its own right.

With as many combinations of hops and malt and yeast as there are faces in the clouds, the perfect hazy IPA is as elusive and clutching mist.

Our latest foray into the wonderful world of haze experimentation is Chasing Clouds NEIPA. Along with a full-bodied blend of barley, oats and wheat, we also played with a heavenly blend of Australian Enigma and Eclipse and US El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops. Tropical? Yes.

Chasing Clouds is fluffy, puffy and dreamy – and we can definitely see your face in it.

SURE FOOTED

SEA BUCKTHORN AND ORANGE ZEST GOSE

Say hello to Sure Footed Sea Buckthorn and Orange Zest Gose, brewed to celebrate International Women’s Day 2022. Cabin’s female staff picked the style, ingredients and name and then came together to turn raw ingredients to beer on brew day – and they did good!

The beer is sour and tangy with notes of coriander, orange, sea salt, pink grapefruit and honey. The choice of main ingredient is very deliberate. Sea buckthorn is incredibly hardy, withstanding almost anything nature can throw at it, all the while producing the most amazing fruit. Sure footed? It sure is, just like the women in this industry who are working harder than anyone else – showing tenacity and perseverance every day - to crush stereotypes about what the craft beer industry looks like.

AMAAAAAZING

LEMON MERINGUE PIE ALE

When Calgary brewer Paul Heslop won Yeast Wrangler of the Year at the Cowtown Yeast Wranglers home brew club's annual competition, the first prize was to brew a beer with Cabin. Hooray!

We’ve known Paul for many years and know that he has an insanely good palate for delicious beer. When he suggested making a lemon meringue pie ale, we couldn’t say no - his home brewed version was simply outstanding. When you drink this 5.2% beer you’ll swear you're biting into a slice of pie. It’s tart, sweet and lemony with a long-lingering taste of freshly baked pie crust. In Paul’s own immortal words (said with a British accent of course...) it’s amaaaaazing!

CHAPTER 3

RYE BARREL-AGED BELGIAN QUADRUPEL

So closes our third chapter…
For the third iteration of our annual Chapter-series beer, we lovingly barrel-aged our multiple award-winning X Belgian Quadrupel in rye whiskey barrels. Chapter 3 has big notes of toffee, caramel, banana bread and baking spice. It’s smooth and rich and absolutely made for long, cold nights. It’s ready to drink now, but be sure to put at least one down in the cellar to enjoy in future years.

STRATOSPHERE

DOUBLE WEST COAST IPA

Our expedition to the far reaches of the hop world continues, with a bold new IPA that is firmly rooted in the past.

We teamed up with Ontario brewery Collective Arts head brewer Ryan Morrow to create some hop artistry in the form of Stratosphere West Coast DIPA. We dusted off some old school hops we know and love – Warrior, Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial – and weaved in Strata hops to create a mesmerizing bright citrus character with tropical fruit backing notes and an underlying dankness that really brings the aromas alive.

This beer is out of this world. It’s insanely aromatic, dry, and has a long-lasting resinous bitterness to remind you of the good old days when an IPA was an IPA.

STYLE: West Coast Double IPA

EVENING CHORUS

NZ-HOPPED HAZY IPA

What goes up, must come down, including the sun in Aotearoa. As dusk approaches at the far end of the world, a cacophony of birdsong can be heard, bidding farewell to the glorious day that was. Your tastebuds will experience something similar when sipping Evening Chorus NZ-Hopped Hazy IPA - a harmony of tropical fruit flavours and aromas like pineapple, lychee and mango with bright citrus notes, all from the trio of New Zealand-grown Motueka, Rakau and Nelson Sauvin hops.

TOTAL SATURATION

TRIPLE NEIPA

How saturated in aroma and flavour can one beer be? We found ourselves pondering that exact question with our good friends at Collective Craft Beer Shop and decided to find out.

To build a big beer, you need wheat, lots of it. And oats, boatloads. Then all the pils malt and flaked barley you can get your hands on. But your beer can’t be totally saturated until you’ve overflown the kettle with as many hops as you can muster.

For this beer, we used Yakima Chief’s Cryo Pop Hop Blend, a hop medley of the most delicious sticky compounds, cryogenically frozen to extract all that concentrated lupulin - the aromatic stuff that makes Saturation beers smell so damned saturated. You’ll get mind-boggling notes of stonefruit, citrus and tropical fruit and as the name suggests, the aroma truly pops from the glass.


We’re totally proud – and a little intimidated if we’re being honest – to present Total Saturation Triple NEIPA (10%), our biggest, boldest, most aromatic and flavourful hazy beer to date. It’s a ten percenter that drinks like a sixer, with a texture as fluffy as cotton ball clouds and aromas that will waft over you for an eternity.
