BROWN ALE

This outrageously unique beer started life as a brown ale; nutty, chocolatey and rich. It’s almost exclusively made with Alberta malt from Origin Malting and Red Shed Malting. We dry-hopped it with an experimental hop called HBC 472 - which sounds like a sci-fi bad guy and is about as weird. You’ll notice aromas of oak, coconut, bourbon, pineapple, vanilla, peach and a skiff of cinnamon. Yep, all from one hop. It’s unusual alright. In an awesomely mind-blowing way.

PEACH COBBLER ALE

Who needs to eat a lot of peaches, when you can drink them straight from the can? Our latest homage to the humble cobbler uses nature’s candy - peach - to capture the essence of walking into the kitchen on bake day. Wafting aromas of baked pie crust, vanilla and cinnamon emerge from the glass, with a well-balanced stone fruit aroma. We didn’t use millions of peaches – but we sure did use a lot. The beer is a delightful medium gold colour, glowing like the late summer sun. As always, our fruit beers actually taste like beer! It finishes dry and clean, with a lingering nutty malt complexity from the wheat and Golden Naked Oats, with just a hint of fruit tartness.
