This decadent stout spent ten months lounging in barrels, emerging with a rich foundation of vanilla, cocoa, and cinnamon. But don't get too comfortable. The trinity of ancho, guajillo, and chipotle peppers arrives with a smoldering, witty heat that knows it’s the main attraction.
