Private Universe NEIPA (7%) is a classic hazy IPA that uses three of our favourite hops and a melange of pilsner malt, wheat and oats to build a pillowy, luscious hazy IPA that simply smells like endless summer.

CHASING CLOUDS

NEW ENGLAND IPA

The joy of chasing clouds never gets old.

Big fluffy haze bombs. Some light, some strong. Tropical fruit or citrus, dank or bright, each is unique and glorious in its own right.

With as many combinations of hops and malt and yeast as there are faces in the clouds, the perfect hazy IPA is as elusive and clutching mist.

Our latest foray into the wonderful world of haze experimentation is Chasing Clouds NEIPA. Along with a full-bodied blend of barley, oats and wheat, we also played with a heavenly blend of Australian Enigma and Eclipse and US El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops. Tropical? Yes.

Chasing Clouds is fluffy, puffy and dreamy – and we can definitely see your face in it.

TABLE GHOST

NEW ENGLAND IPA

Gather close kids, and listen carefully. Strange things have been happening at Cabin. Really strange things…

A knocking sound in the boiler. A monotonous squeak in the walls. Shrieks from the taproom. Vanishing piles of new release beer. One day all the beer turned hazy and it hasn’t been clear since.

Something had to be done. We prayed to the beer gods. We offered up barley wine sacrifices. After many (many) sacrifices, we started having visions and took action. We threw hops. We sprayed the brew system with blessed brewing water. We incanted brewing calculations and style guidelines late into the night.

The next day, the supernatural activity stopped. At the same time, a ghostly spectre appeared in the wood grain of a tap room table. We had done it. We had trapped Cabin’s ghost for good (swipe for proof!).

Table Ghost NEIPA (6.5%) is our second anniversary beer and is an homage to the little ghost that was. It’s a dank, murky, NEIPA of the finest quality, hopped abundantly with Strata hops. THE DREAMING

AUSTRALIAN HAZY IPA

Close your eyes and dream of a land so vast and great and rich in culture you can lose yourself in it for weeks at a time. The Dreamtime is the foundation of Aboriginal religion and culture in Australia. It is the story of events that have happened, how the universe came to be, how human beings were created and how their Creator intended for humans to function within the world as they knew it. For our Australian-hopped hazy IPA, The Dreaming, we leaned into the ethereal qualities of this mystical land. Galaxy, Enigma and Vic Secret hops have been layered in tropical abundance, behind a smooth and full-bodied malt base. Unlike most hazy beers, we used no wheat and oats - just 2-row malt, flaked barley and victory malt. And it’s just how it was meant to be.

TRIPLE THREAT

HAZY IPA

We’ve thrown three amazing hops - Sabro, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin - into one amazing beer. Triple Threat Hazy IPA is the result of someone asking the three Cabin founders during an online QnA what their favourite hop varietal was. The three hops we came up with sounded so dang good as a combo, we couldn’t NOT make a beer with them! This is our biggest, smoothest, most aromatic hazy yet - and at 8.5%, it fits the bill as a true hop monster.

TECHNICOLOUR DREAMWORLD

TART NEW ENGLAND IPA

The creative brains behind Cabin Brewing Company and The Establishment Brewing Company have conspired to develop a brilliant new beer that’ll change the way you look at IPAs. Just like our flagship hazy pale ale Super Saturation, but even more super! More beautiful hazy goodness. More crackery malt complexity. A whole lot more Citra and Simcoe hops. More hop variety with some Amarillo thrown in to give it a good old-fashioned burst of citrus and tropical fruit. There is more flavour, more aroma, more heft and more deliciousness.
